Enjoy a free consultation with us first, to make sure we’re the right fit for each other. After an initial chat, you’ll meet the Hyfen team that brings the best combo of expertise to your opportunity or challenge. Our proposal scope will define the work. We’ll quote you a fixed fee or monthly retainer. A quick digital services-agreement later, and we’re off and away.
Discovery
So that you get the best value from our partnership, we always start with discovery. Here, we learn about your organisation from the inside out so that our insights have currency. We’re likely to take input from a range of stakeholders. The discovery playback will show you a fresh perspective on well-worn challenges.
Co-design
We bring our expertise to the table, starting with a reframing of your challenges and opportunities. We work with you and your team to co-design strategies, solutions, and change programs. Taking a human-centred approach, we ground the “what next” advice in options. Accelerated, welcomed value creation is our co-design aim.

Most of our clients are looking for sustainable value uplift across their whole enterprise. To us this means seeing the job through.
